Who do you serve?

With today’s technology, remote work has become a standard way of doing business. Studies have found that remote professionals can be just as productive as in-office staff, and often more so, while giving businesses access to a wider talent pool at a lower cost.
How does the trial work?
We vet and shortlist qualified remote professionals for you, and you’re welcome to join the interviews. You can then work with up to 10 professionals for one month on real tasks for your business.
At the end of the month, you choose who to keep. For each professional you keep, you pay for the trial month and continue from there. If you don’t keep anyone, you pay nothing.
Does "No Commitment" mean there is no agreement?
“No Commitment” applies to the one-month trial only. It means you are under no obligation to keep anyone after the first month. If you decide to keep any professionals, you pay only for those you keep, including their trial month, and continue under our standard service agreement.
How are retained staff billed after the trial?
At the end of the trial month, you pay for that month for the professionals you’ve chosen to keep. After that, billing moves to a bi-weekly cycle, so your costs stay predictable and in step with the work being done.
How do you handle our data securely?
Protecting your work is built into how we operate:
- Signed confidentiality: Every professional works under a signed confidentiality agreement, and we’re happy to sign your own NDA as well.
- Access control: Your files are shared only through access-controlled systems, and you can keep your work on your own platforms and decide exactly who sees what.
- Secure work environment: Our professionals work on secured, company-managed devices, so your data is never stored on personal computers.
- Immediate offboarding: If a professional leaves your account, their access is removed the same day.
How quickly can we onboard a professional?
Most placements are ready within 10 to 14 days. We’ve placed professionals in as little as a week, but we prefer to quote a timeline we can reliably meet. Either way, we move as fast as we can to get your new team member started.
